Neil Perry Burger Project app

The Burger Project app, which has been developed by Melbourne start up LOKE, allows customers to pay with their phone at the counter by simply saying their name. Customers can also order ahead to avoid queues whilst generously being rewarded via a loyalty program and gaining access to exclusive products and experiences.

To celebrate its launch Burger Project is offering $10 credit for every new user and as an added incentive Perry has even offered a dedicated burger fan the chance to learn the secret to his famous burger sauce....

Perry says ‘'Technology has become a fundamental part of running a successful hospitality business. By working with LOKE we will enhance customer service levels creating a more personalised and rewarding journey.'

Founder of LOKE Matthew Khoury states ‘Our love and knowledge for the hospitality industry allows us to find pain points for the business and customer. Through this we are able to create and deliver technology that adds value and excitement to the customer experience.’
